Oh boy. I haven’t blogged in a long time and it’s bad because I’ve lost that accountability that I used to have. I don’t really have a ton of time to write a long post but here are the high & lowlights from the last month+ since I’ve posted.
+ I have been kind of stagnant with weight loss, but I finally crossed over 30 pounds lost. I was stuck on 28-29 pounds lost for a long time, so this was a huge milestone for me.
+ I signed up for the Whole Life Challenge with a number of friends. It starts on September 7th and lasts for 8 weeks, and it’s basically a challenge to exercise, eat healthy, and follow healthy habits for the duration of the challenge. I’m super excited about it!
+ I am down to a size 14 for the first time since my freshman year of high school. It feels great!
+ I just got back from a 4 day horse show in Burbank where I had a great time showing my horse.
– At said horse show, I definitely cheated on my diet. I drank Starbucks chai lattes every day and also drank sugary gatorade drinks and had a chocolate shake one night. I regret eating like that, so I’m back on the diet 100%.
– I haven’t really been running for the past couple of weeks. I need to get back on it, but my feet were sore all last week and I’ve had a number of other things going on. I’m going to start back into it ASAP. I’ve been still doing some hiking and also going to Zumba as much as possible.
I’m going to try to blog every single day throughout the Whole Life Challenge. 🙂---------------
