Tortilla chips & Salsa! Basically my favorite food.
Quinoa Cauliflower & Broccoli with an Almond Sriracha Sauce and Green Chard – Seriously you guys, Vegan Richa is my spirit animal. This is the kind of dish that could make anyone consider going vegan. I never would have thought about combining almond butter with Sriracha. My grocery store didn’t have collard greens so I substituted chard, and I added broccoli too and it came out wonderfully. I’d highly recommend this!
