This week I’ve been really hitting it hard and want to keep it up, so I’m going to start tracking what I’ve done here!
Sunday 8/31 – Rest Day
Monday 9/1 – Running, Couch to 5k Week 1 Day 1. We ran down by the harbor and it was beautiful and great. =)
Tuesday 9/2 – Barry’s Boot Camp. It was Legs & Butt day, and it was rough. Lunges and squats for days, along with a pretty intense incline training on the treadmill. Went to a new instructor (January) and I really liked her.
Wednesday 9/1 – Double Whammy. Jogged Couch-to-5k Week 1 Day 2 in my neighborhood, and then went to Barry’s Boot Camp for Chest, Back & Abs day. I may actually be crazy?
Friday 9/3 – Rest Day
Saturday 9/4 – Another Rest Day
Sunday 9/5 – Rode my horse on a 3+ hour trail ride and then ran Week 1 Day 3 of Couch to 5k. =D We ran with my dog Echo, and she was super naughty and slowed down our time. Jerk.
