One neat thing about Barry’s Boot Camp is that it has a log that shows you all the times you’ve attended class. This can be super motivational if you are trying to go a certain amount of times per week, or in my case – you want to look back and realize that you should have gone WAY more. Considering I have a “Silver Membership” that includes 20 classes per month (5x a week), I really should be going more often. But I already feel like I spend so much of my week in that steamy gym surrounded by hard bodies!

Total: 13/20 available classes (Boo!)
I wanted to average 4 times a week, but I only averaged 3 1/4. Hopefully my November is better, but so far it seems like I’m going to continue the same streak. I only went to one Chest, Back & Abs which is funny because it’s obvious that it’s due to being the day after Leg Day.
Butt & Leg day is the worst, so I’m impressed that I went three times last month. I don’t think I’ve been to it once in November, so I’ll have to fix that. I also did quite a bit of horse riding & walking in October, so this isn’t the entire picture of my workout regimen, but I’d say it’s a good 90% of it.---------------
