I started this whole fitness and weight loss thing “for real” on March 11, 2013. Since then, I have lost the amount of weight shown above in the ticker. I have successfully:
- Given up two of my major addictions: diet soda, and Starbucks chai tea lattes.
- Given up processed foods and sugars
- Worked out 4+ times per week, sometimes every single day
- Lost at least two pant sizes so far
- Improved my plantar fasciitis in my feet as well as my constant heart burn after eating
- Stayed under 1200 calories per day (more if I’ve been exercising that day).
I have also been working on Couch To 5K, and I am currently in Week 7. I have a goal of running a 5k sometime in 2013, so I need to be diligent and keep up with this whole running thing!
